Vladimir coleads McKinsey’s Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment, and High Tech Practices globally. He leads the firm’s work in digital and analytics in the TMT sector in Africa, CIS, the Middle East, and Turkey.

Vladimir specializes in large-scale company transformations, growth strategy, launching new products and services, and building new digital businesses, using advanced analytics, digital tools, design thinking, and new management strategies. He contributes to McKinsey’s global practices in strategy, marketing and pricing, digital ecosystems, advanced analytics, and organization. He has led large-scale transformations in these areas in over 20 countries of Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Vladimir worked as a technology and legal-compliance expert in an electrical-power company.
