Natalia is head of the Risk Practice in the Commonwealth of Independent States. Over the years, she has focused on serving clients in the energy, banking, and telecommunications sectors, advising businesses on challenges in strategy, regulation, risk, operations, organization design, technology, and marketing and sales.
Examples of Natalia’s recent client projects include the following:
- building the transaction business for small and medium-size enterprises in one of the leading Russian banks
- working with an energy company on its global go-to-market commercial strategy, including market analysis, identification of promising deals, a road map for market entry, and a plan for organizational changes
- conducting a full-scale program for business process reengineering for a financial regulator
- developing a product strategy for a power-supply company in Russia, from market research and assessment of the market potential to the definition of the value proposition, business model, and organization
- supporting an energy generator with an operational-benchmarking program
- advising a leading telecommunications operator on its strategy and marketing offering
- assisting a major Russian bank with a program to improve sales promotions and business processes
Before joining McKinsey, Natalia worked as a consultant and manager in the United Kingdom and Moscow. A native Russian speaker, she is fluent in English and German and is conversational in French.
