What junior associates do
As a junior associate, you are responsible for problem solving on a project. In addition, junior associates are tasked with identifying issues, setting and validating hypotheses, interviewing client employees and external experts, gathering and analyzing information from abroad, and preparing proposals, client communications, and presentations.
We’ll provide extensive training to help you build core consulting skills. As a successful junior associate, you’ll quickly assume broader responsibilities. After 1 to 2 years, you may move into the role of associate and lead a key portion of a client project.
