Frauke is an associate partner in McKinsey’s Manila office and a leader in the healthcare and public sectors in the region. She guides both public- and private-sector clients on digitization and modernization journeys toward holistic impact.

Some of her recent client work includes the following:

  • building an end-to-end healthcare ecosystem for a leading provider in Southeast Asia
  • mobilizing over 100 people across different organizations to build the healthcare technology and data arm of a leading insurer
  • moving a large organization with more than 1000 employees toward agile ways of working
  • transforming digital public service delivery for a major economy

Frauke also leads the work of McKinsey for Children in the Philippines to improve the lives of children in need through education initiatives.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Frauke led her own boutique consultancy, and has a doctorate in international law and has lived and worked across Europe, Asia, and North America.

In her spare time, Frauke recharges by diving and writing books.
