Leads our work in financial services throughout Latin America and supports clients in the region in their processes to improve performance, reach new sources of growth and digitally transform their organizations. He supports clients on a recurring basis in Mexico, Panama, Dominican Republic, Peru, Colombia, Argentina and Chile.

Lino started his career at McKinsey in Caracas in 1999, and during his first 5 years at the Firm he was part of the Bogota and Santiago de Chile offices. In 2005 he founded the Lima office.

His client experience includes supporting family businesses in navigating generational succession by designing and implementing new organizational and governance models, as well as the change management process. Additionally, Lino leads our Financial Services practice for Latin America and his experience in this industry includes Digital Transformations, Efficiency Programs, leveraging Data and Analytics areas, among others.

For example, Lino led the Digital Transformation of one of the leading Banks in Latin America. This transformation included the creation of digital and analytics capabilities, the migration to the "Agile" operating model as well as a deep review and change of the Technology area.

Lino also supports companies in various sectors in Peru, including Consumer Products, Mining, Retail, Private Equity, Healthcare, Cement, among others.

Before joining McKinsey, Lino worked with Unacem, the major cement producer in Perú, both as assistant to the CFO and as the supervisor of production.

Lino is highly involved in the Peruvian business community and supports different non-profit organizations in various ways.
