Vladimir has been with McKinsey since 2005. He provides support to senior management of major companies and organizations in the fields of strategy design, sales promotion, new product launches and pricing. He works closely with insurance companies on restructuring and recovery programs, as well as companies in the agro-industrial sector.
Vladimir is one of McKinsey’s leading experts in telecoms strategy and sales in Europe, and on working with the public sector and non-governmental organizations in the CIS.
Examples of recent projects:
- target operating model in the marketing segment for an international telecoms company;
- design of a growth strategy for a major integrated telecommunications operator and its divisions in several countries;
- life assurance and medical insurance strategy for a major European financial services company;
- design of development concept, organizational structure and project portfolio for three non-governmental organizations;
- design of sales channel development strategy for a major municipal passenger transport company.
Vladimir coauthored the McKinsey report "Digital Russia: new reality".
Prior to joining McKinsey, Vladimir worked for the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Latvia.
