About Vito

Vito is a core leader of McKinsey’s global banking work and chairs the Asia Banking Knowledge Committee. He helps banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions enhance their operations, bringing key insights on issues ranging from growth strategy and service models to digital, cultural, and behavioral transformations.

During his time at McKinsey, Vito has been involved in an array of transformational programs in which he has guided the design and launch of successful banking and insurance businesses. He has also driven implementation of large-scale digital-transformation programs.

Some of Vito’s recent projects include designing and implementing an innovative multichannel business model for a large international retail bank and building a new digital bank in Asia. He was also instrumental in conducting a major transformation program to improve branch-network sales performance, which involved changing front-line mindsets and behaviors at a multinational financial institution.
