About Vitaly

Since joining McKinsey in 1997, Vitaly has worked on client projects in Moscow, Astana, Kiev, Warsaw, Budapest, London, and New York across a wide range of industries, including oil and gas, finance, and the public sector (e.g., economic development, innovation, and education).

Leads large-scale transformation projects for public sector organizations, public corporations and major companies in different industries. He has extensive experience in developing competitive strategy and organizational capabilities, major project optimization, developing corporate culture and encouraging innovation.

Vitaly co-authored the McKinsey reports "Digital Russia: new reality" and “Lean Russia: Sustaining economic growth through improved productivity” and our study of energy efficiency and the potential to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in Russia.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Vitaly worked for the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in its Russian office and in its Asset Management Department in New York.
