Since joining McKinsey, Vitaly has worked on client projects in Astana, Budapest, Kiev, London, Moscow, New York, and Warsaw in oil and gas, finance, and the public sector (including economic development, innovation, and education).

He has extensive experience in developing competitive strategy and organizational capabilities, major project optimization, developing corporate culture, and encouraging innovation

Vitaly co-authored the McKinsey reports "Digital Russia: new reality" and “Lean Russia: Sustaining economic growth through improved productivity.”

Prior to joining McKinsey, Vitaly worked for the International Finance Corporation in its Russian office and asset management department in New York City.
