Vijay is a member of our Financial Services Practice and a leader in McKinsey Digital. Over the last two decades, he has advised senior executives at global financial institutions on their strategic priorities, often introducing transformational operating models to build high-performing companies, particularly in the use of digital models and innovative data and analytics.
At McKinsey, Vijay has held several leadership positions, including building our work in the areas of risk management, payments, and marketing and sales for banking. He is also committed to building talent along with creating and running McKinsey’s talent network. In addition to his work at McKinsey, Vijay is a trustee of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York, where he co-chairs the agency relations committee, and is also on the executive board of the MIT Sloan School of Management.
