Vijay is the location director of McKinsey’s Global Capabilities and Services Center in Gurugram, which houses over 2,000 colleagues, and a board member of McKinsey’s Global Capabilities and Services Centers in India. He partners with function leaders and site operations to deliver distinctive impact; build an inclusive, high-performing workplace; and drive efficiency and scale through technology and process improvements.
Since joining McKinsey in 2007, Vijay has worked extensively with clients across service operations and supply chain domains, leveraging AI. He has also played an instrumental role in building capabilities such as an operations advanced analytics center of competence and the QuantumBlack India team.
