About Vicki

Vicki joined McKinsey in 2008 and has worked in the New York and Sydney offices. A leader in McKinsey’s Marketing & Sales Practice in Australia and New Zealand, she has more than 10 years’ experience across Australia and North America. Vicki has served clients in a range of industries, including telecommunications and media, fast-moving consumer goods, and industrials. She brings expertise in salesforce effectiveness, commercial transformations, and collaborating with clients on rapid transformations.

Vicki is an impact-oriented client leader and works in partnership with her clients to help them make significant changes to their organisations.

Examples of her recent client experience include the following:

  • leading the commercial transformation of a global telecommunications services provider, focused on redefining the go-to-market model
  • spearheading the sales transformation for an Australian industrials provider, developing a regional sales strategy and setting up new small to medium-size business-sales channels
  • leading the holistic transformation of a major Australian retail fuel company, focused on optimising network design and pricing
