About Vadim

Vadim is a member of the firm’s Oil & Gas, Operations, and Organization Practices. He has led projects in Africa, Europe, Kazakhstan, the Middle East, North America, and Russia, predominantly in the oil and gas, petrochemical, metals and mining, and other resource sectors.

Vadim works with leading Russian and global companies on a wide range of issues, including strategy and organizational models, operational and investment performance, marketing and sales, supply chain, and digital transformation.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Vadim was one of the founders of an internet start-up in Silicon Valley, managed projects in the telecommunications sector in the Commonwealth of Independent States, and chaired a department of a top private education provider in Israel. Vadim has a certification for software development.
