Thierry leads the firm’s Design and Service Operations practices in Greater China. He works primarily with leading technology and industrials companies. With deep expertise in consumer electronics and industrial IoT, Thierry most often advises clients on issues related to growth strategy, innovation, large-scale transformations, and service operations.

Examples of his recent client work include the following:

  • digitizing and redesigning the end-to-end operations processes of a consumer electronics OEM to reduce order-to-delivery lead time by 40 percent and improve overall accuracy by 10 points
  • transforming the Asia commercial organization of a building technology provider for growth and margin adherence, using analytics for project pricing and performance management
  • conducting commercial due diligence on more than 15 China technology and industrial companies on behalf of strategic buyers and financial investors, and delivering value creation plans post-deal
  • designing and implementing the China growth plan for a global industrial equipment manufacturer, including business model, product strategy, go-to-market, and digital operations enablement
