About Suveer

Suveer is a leader of our capital excellence work. He is passionate about driving end-to-end transformations and has led several multiyear projects with infrastructure and industrial clients that have resulted in significant bottom-line impact. In driving these transformations, he helps clients create high-performing teams and activates and enables them to drive significant results.

As the leader of the firm’s megaprojects work, Suveer enables clients to create value through the implementation of McKinsey’s proprietary capital-projects tool kit. This includes different digital and analytics tools to make sites more productive, as well as global sourcing and design-to-value tools to help optimize spend.

Some of his recent work includes multiyear transformations for one of Asia's largest engineering and construction companies and one of India's largest cement companies. Suveer has also advised multinational companies on their India strategy and has enabled clients in the construction, hospitality, cement, and chemicals sectors to achieve strategy and operational excellence. His expertise also extends to sustainable urbanization with a focus on improving the quality of urban life through projects in mobility, urban planning, and information and communication technology.

Prior to McKinsey, Suveer worked with a global industrial, energy, and healthcare company in India and an Indian transportation company.
