About Scott

Scott has been with the firm for about ten years. A gastroenterologist by training, he focuses on the healthcare sector, with a special emphasis on healthcare strategy and operations. Scott also leads McKinsey’s Provider Performance service line within our Healthcare Systems & Services Practice.

Scott, a graduate of the University of Colorado’s internal-medicine residency program, completed his gastroenterology fellowship training at Yale University. He received his medical degree from Indiana University and holds a BA in economics from Northwestern University. Scott also previously served as chief strategy and marketing officer for University of Colorado Health and as an assistant professor of medicine at the University of Colorado Hospital.
