About Sarah

Sarah is an expert associate partner in our Organization Practice. She is deeply committed to helping clients make more strategic decisions about talent and the design of their organizations. Sarah has worked on organizational design and talent-management challenges across a range of industries, including medical products and devices, financial services, and consumer goods. She has also worked on top-team effectiveness and leadership development.

Examples of Sarah’s recent client work include the following:

  • advising an advanced-industrials company on how to link talent to value across business units and develop a strategic global approach to talent
  • supporting a global healthcare company in developing a business plan to accelerate diversity and inclusion
  • working with a global financial services organization on its most pressing organizational challenges, including the transition to an agile organization, decision-making, capability mapping, and role design
  • supporting a global medical products and devices company on an organizational redesign spanning multiple functions and divisions, involving optimizing support functions to better meet demand and reorienting commercial leadership to high-priority geographies
  • advising a materials company in the United States on how to improve the alignment and decision-making processes of its senior leadership team
  • assisting a large insurer with a transformational change project to improve performance—the project scope included co-developing key initiatives, identifying implications for workforce management, and linking performance management to talent management
