About Sarah

Sarah counsels healthcare providers on strategic and operational projects. She has worked with a range of providers from healthcare systems, community hospitals, and specialized providers, including academic medical centers and children’s hospitals. She helps providers transform their performance, ensure a sustainable financial position, and enable the entire organization to provide the highest level of patient care.

Sarah leads our revenue cycle management center of excellence, which includes dedicated revenue-cycle-management team members and a range of proprietary tools and analytics. In addition, she has extensive experience in corporate-center and functional transformations, and a particular focus on specialized academic and children’s hospitals.
