He has helped many clients to launch new ventures, transform operations, and drive cost-transformation programs.
Saahil’s recent client experience includes the following:
- helping telecommunications and financial services firms to launch products and develop new businesses
- assisting with the launch of a purely digital telecommunications company in Malaysia by designing a new operating model and leveraging agile methodology to build a minimum viable product in five months
- helping an Asian insurer launch a new device insurance business by advising on market entry strategy, value proposition, regional business case, and IT architecture design while providing support for the launch
- helping set up a strategic partnership for a digital credit proposition between a Southeast Asian telco operator, a fintech, and a bank by assisting the companies during agreement negotiations, designing the customer experience, and implementing the market launch
- supporting the digital transformation journey of the E2E transformation of a Southeast Asian telco operator, including value proposition and technical support across multiple IT partners
- developing a digital maturity assessment and a digital transformation road map for an Asian telco operator
- helping a defense industry group assess the commercial potential of a cyber product for use across multiple geographies, strategies, and due diligences
