Works with public organizations across Europe to make and implement complex decisions around policy, strategy, technology, and operations

Radhika is a partner in McKinsey’s Public Sector Practice. She is passionate about working with senior leaders who are tackling complex modernization challenges in order to better address societal issues.

With a background in both strategy and technology, Radhika helps companies simultaneously rethink and digitize their business to drive next-level service provision and citizen value. Typically this involves helping clients develop technology-enabled strategies and multi-stakeholder business cases for major change agendas such as planning for Brexit, digitizing the rail industry, or transforming the courts or prisons systems; diagnose and correct underperformance in agencies, departments, and major programs; modernize functions such as HR, digital, payments, or analytics; and implement digital transformation programs.

Radhika is working with the McKinsey Center for Government on topics related to the potential of new technologies to drive public sector modernization, advanced analytics to support better decision-making, and diversity in technology and leadership.

In addition to her public sector work, Radhika has helped energy, utilities, financial services, and pharmaceuticals companies to enter new markets and drive digital transformations at scale.
