Paul coleads McKinsey’s work in retail banking in North America. Over the last 25 years, he has advised senior banking executives in North America, Asia, and Australia on a wide range of issues including strategy, organizational effectiveness, and efficiency. Most recently, he has worked extensively with regional banks in the United States as they respond to the macro-economic, regulatory, and technological disruptions in the industry.
Paul is a frequent speaker at industry forums and events.
