About Ondrej

After more than a decade advising top teams in Europe, the Middle East, and North America, Ondrej knows what makes transformation work. He has consistently ensured that the planning and execution of complex, large-scale digital and technology strategies deliver real value to the customer and the company. He has seen the results deliver step-up performance and business value, especially in the competitive financial-services sector.

Recently, Ondrej designed and launched the digital strategy for a regional financial institution. The strategy required the development of new digital products, which changed the company’s organizational and operating model. To ensure success, he helped update the talent strategy and scale up digital, technological, and analytical capabilities.

Ondrej also pursued a technology-modernization strategy for a financial institution with a global footprint. After assessing the current technology, the project defined a modernization road map, upgrading its operating model and strengthening internal capabilities. Together with the adoption of cloud technologies, Ondrej helped the company realize its digital goals.
