He brings more than 30 years of experience in the aviation and technology space, with a deep passion for technology, innovation, and change. Oliver helps airline and airport clients transform the way they do business while reducing costs, improving safety, efficiency, and enhancing the passenger experience through the implementation of innovative processes, solutions, and services, building new platforms and ecosystems and digitizing processes across various business functions. For clients, he helps to increase top-end revenue and improve the low-end bottom, while aligning the organization to focus on value creation.

Most recently, Oliver has helped airlines with restructuring and commercial transformation in a post-COVID-19 environment, digital transformation, operational improvements, definition of future customer loyalty programs, pricing strategy, network, and fleet strategy.

As a former pilot for a large airline group, Oliver’s unique perspective gives him a solid understanding of the underlying industry values, culture, challenges, and pain points to help with a sustainable industry transformation.
