Oleg leads project implementation work for companies in the telecommunications, metals, transport, banking, and retail sectors in Russia and Kazakhstan, with a focus on telecommunications and financial services.

  • designing new business models for one of Russia’s biggest private banks
  • developing the conceptual design of a flexible organizational model for a major Russian state bank
  • reviewing the impact of regulatory changes on market structure and company value for a major telecommunications company
  • leading the strategy renewal for a major company in the telecommunications market in Kazakhstan
  • leading the cost analysis and corporate strategy design for a leading private bank in Kazakhstan
