Nora leads Network-based Capabilities, which comprises our Client Capabilities Network (CCN), our Visual Graphics, Design and Media function, and our Assistance Services function. She also oversees our Client Capabilities and Global Services locations, which are home to about 20 percent of our colleagues who support our firm and client service more remotely.
She drives distinctiveness and operational excellence in these functions and sets and executes their strategic client, innovation, and people agenda.
CCN is our research and insight organization that supports our client teams with deep domain insights, proprietary data, methods, and tools. CCN colleagues are located in several hubs around the globe and are embedded in different parts of McKinsey, including our industry practices, business functions, and geographies. It comprises researchers, deep domain experts, and professionals building and deploying assets. Many of our client service innovations were born in the CCN.
Our Visual Graphics, Media and Design function delivers professional materials across a range of needs, including supporting distinctive visual communications and experiences for milestones or entire client journeys that are aligned with our clients’ communication cultures.
Our Client Capabilities and Global Service locations span a global network. Each site co-locates multiple services and fosters a vibrant culture of innovation and professional growth and apprenticeship—and is connected with the other sites around the globe.
Nora has been with McKinsey since 2004. Prior to her current role, Nora served clients as a partner in the healthcare sector (payers and providers) with a focus on strategic, operational, and organizational topics.
