About

Nony helps technology, media, and retail organizations combine advanced analytics, consumer insights, and agile operating models to improve performance, accelerate growth, and allow companies to better capitalize on the changing consumer landscape. She focuses on helping organizations develop and implement strategic solutions for marketing, CRM, and e-commerce strategy. She also serves both B2B and B2C organizations on sales go-to-market and sales operations topics.

Examples of her recent client work include:

  • Supporting a major studio on a variety of topics including introducing new forms of data analysis to greenlighting, marketing, and audience testing processes
  • working with a global beauty brand to grow their e-commerce capability and strengthen their online retail presence through a new agile operating model
  • driving growth strategy at a global food ingredient brand, including defining the new commercial organization design, quantifying a refined value proposition, and building an implementation plan for structural changes to enable growth
  • developing the outreach and enrollment strategy for a premiere client leadership program, facilitating enrollment of more than 10,000 participants across hundreds of companies

In addition to her client work, Nony is also active with McKinsey’s Black Network (MBN), the firm’s network for Black client-service staff that is committed to recruiting Black talent, facilitating connectivity, and mentoring relationships. Additionally, she is a leader in McKinsey’s recruiting for Southern California and our Marketing & Sales Practice, and is a committed mentor to incoming talent.
