Nick leads McKinsey’s work in digital and the public sector across North America, where he helps public-sector organizations with data and analytics strategy, digital transformation, and large-scale IT modernization. He has spent over a decade helping public- and private-sector organizations improve performance with data and technology. His work has supported national governments, civilian and defense agencies, and leading corporations in driving transformational change.

Nick works with his public- and private-sector clients to transform the effectiveness of their operations, including short-term cost savings using advanced-analytical methods, digitally transforming operations, implementing new organizational structures and operating models, and long-term sustainable capability building.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Nick supported big-data transformations for a global business-analytics consultancy group.
