About Neha

Neha is a partner in our Digital McKinsey Practice in Chicago. She joined McKinsey in 2008 and leads our provider and services work, responsible for building digital and data and analytics capabilities tailored to health systems and ancillary services providers.

Neha works with healthcare stakeholders on projects ranging from end-to-end operations digitization to consumer journeys to strategy and IT performance transformations.

Examples of Neha’s recent work includes the following:

  • scaling and operationalizing the big data and analytics operating model for a leading medical devices company, focusing on developing commercial solutions for healthcare providers and integrated delivery networks, as well as patient and healthcare provider engagement
  • developing a physician-engagement platform and end-to-end technology enablement of revenue cycle operations for a lab-diagnostics company
  • advising large national health systems on digital and data-analytics strategy
  • leading growth and product strategy efforts for leading IT services and digital health organizations
