Brings deep expertise on organizational health and design during transformations, helping clients drive mindset and behavior change, and build capabilities at scale

Since joining McKinsey, Monne has advised companies across multiple sectors looking to make step changes in performance. She works with clients to apply culture, change management, executive team development, and capability building as levers to expand and sustain their performance gains. Her work has helped transformation leaders develop the mindsets and skills to meet their performance aspirations, and help employees embed the behaviors needed to improve how the organization is run.

Monne is a part of the leadership team for McKinsey Academy, our center of excellence for capability building. She recently developed and codified a suite of enterprise-wide behavior change programs for Ability to Execute, a cutting-edge platform within McKinsey Academy designed to build individual capabilities to drive and sustain transformational change at scale.

In her consulting work, Monne has led more than ten transformations across industries and geographies. When supporting her client during a transformation, she establishes the transformation office architecture to execute on levers to create value and drivers of culture change.

Examples of Monne’s recent client work include the following:

  • leading a $1 billion consumer packaged goods transformation in a distributed setting with an intense focus on capability building
  • driving a $200 million transformation program for a record keeper including a two quartile improvement in organizational health
  • leading a $500 million comprehensive transformation for a multinational distributor
  • creating a multiyear plan to improve organizational health while executing an extensive organizational and operating model redesign for a complex public sector organization

Monne serves as faculty for the Change Leaders Forum and several McKinsey Academy programs, and drives some of the firm’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Prior to joining McKinsey, Monne served as marketing manager for the Boston Red Sox. She also serves on the board for Reaching Out, an organization committed to developing the LGBTQ+ leaders of tomorrow.
