Mikhail focuses on strategy design and execution for utility companies, power-generation topics, grid-development and -maintenance projects, and overall operational-performance improvement and major investment-project governance in the metals and mining sector and power generation. He also leads McKinsey’s work on improving capital-project performance in the Africa and Middle East region.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Mikhail worked as vice president of strategy for the fuel division of a nuclear-fuel corporation in Europe.
