Mike coleads our digital and analytics work for consumer companies. Since joining McKinsey, he has worked with clients across a variety of industries, focusing mostly on the consumer and transport sectors.

In recent years, Mike has concentrated primarily on advising top executives in the areas of strategy and operational improvement, leveraging analytics. He offers advisory support to global companies seeking to better their performance and manage complex operations to strengthen their financial results.

Mike has led many efforts to improve the bottom lines of companies, ranging from marketing, assortment and pricing and promotion optimization to broad-based supply-chain-productivity programs. Strategically, he has also led many due-diligence efforts as well as postmerger-management programs.
