Michele has more than 20 years of experience in the power and energy industry across Europe, Africa, Korea, Japan, Southeast Asia, and Australia. Since joining McKinsey, Michele has worked extensively in the energy sector across the whole value chain, supporting policy makers and regulators, private energy companies, and state-owned enterprises.

- supporting an energy player in defining the sustainability targets and detailing the sustainability roadmap, with a focus on the emission abatement
- redefining the “future proof” strategy for an international utility player to pivot towards renewables and sustainable businesses
- advising an electricity regulator on the power-sector restructuring
- defining the business-portfolio strategy and generation operational-excellence programs for a power company
- designing the finance transformation program and portfolio allocation for a major state-owned power company
- developing the country carbon-abatement and energy-efficiency roadmap by sizing and identifying initiatives in various sectors for a national agency
