Michael Silber is a senior partner in McKinsey’s New York office. Since joining the firm in 1991, he has helped healthcare clients on growth and performance transformation through M&A, operational performance, and organizational health improvement. Michael previously led McKinsey’s Life Sciences and Strategy & Corporate Finance Practices. He also served as chief financial officer, oversaw global services and led reputation and engagement for the firm. He also oversaw the firm's Social Responsibility activities and spearheaded development of Mckinsey's ESG strategies and reporting.
