Martine works with retail clients across Europe, with a focus on e-commerce, apparel, fashion, sports-retail and -brand, and fitness companies. While supporting clients on a wide range of issues, she has deep experience with strategic, commercial, and digital issues, including digital marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce. She coauthored The state of fashion 2018, an annual report by McKinsey and the Business of Fashion.
Examples of her recent client work include the following:
- redesigning and optimizing clients’ customer-journey experiences, pricing, customer relationship management, and digital marketing by implementing best-practice ways of working and advanced-analytics approaches
- supporting clients in shaping their strategies and developing road maps to reach their full potential
- helping clients redesign their organization and operating models, including by implementing agile ways of working
