Marta serves as the Director of Operations for McKinsey’s Lisbon Expo Center. She began her McKinsey journey in 2011 at the Poznan office in Poland, where she spent most of her career building various teams and functions. In 2022, Marta relocated to Lisbon to lead the launch and management of the newest McKinsey Global Services location, a role that allows her to build on her passion for creating strong communities and enabling colleagues to thrive.
