Marcello is a partner in McKinsey’s Warsaw office and has been with the firm since 2018. He specializes in our Transformation Practice, combining leadership of large-scale transformation programs with procurement-driven value creation.
He advises clients across Europe in the chemicals and industrial sectors and globally on end-to-end transformations, operational performance improvement, direct and indirect procurement optimization, and liquidity management. He has supported both publicly listed and private-equity-owned companies with revenues ranging from several hundred million to more than €10 billion.
Before joining McKinsey, Marcello worked at Bending Spoons, an Italian technology start-up. He holds a BA in philosophy and an MSc in business administration from the University of Padua, and he also studied at Boston University Questrom School of Business and Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
Outside of work, Marcello enjoys cooking, snowboarding, weightlifting, and maintaining his MV Agusta motorcycle.
