Marcello is a local partner in McKinsey’s Warsaw office and a core leader in the Transformation Practice.
He advises chemical and industrial clients across Europe and globally, spanning small-to-medium private-equity-owned players to large, publicly listed companies.
Since joining the firm in 2018, his work has centered on guiding these organizations through complex end-to-end turnarounds and operational performance improvements. He supports clients by establishing and leading central transformation offices to govern large-scale change, or by acting as the lead procurement expert to drive rapid value creation and tangible P&L impact.
Before joining McKinsey, Marcello worked at the Italian technology start-up Bending Spoons. He holds a BA in philosophy and an MSc in business administration from the University of Padua, and he completed further studies at the Boston University Questrom School of Business and Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
Outside the office, Marcello enjoys weightlifting, snowboarding, cooking, and riding motorcycles.
