Lucas is a partner in McKinsey’s Panama office. He joined the firm in 2016 and currently leads our supply chain work, as well as the Sustainability Practice in Spanish Latin America.
With extensive experience in operations, procurement, and sustainability, he has led large-scale transformations across consumer goods, logistics, heavy industry, and utilities, and has developed particular depth in nature capital, climate strategy, and circular economy initiatives across the region.
