About Kyle

Kyle is a partner at McKinsey, based in Chicago. Since joining the firm, Kyle has advised a broad range of healthcare companies including payers, providers, pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), and diagnostic companies in developing essential capabilities and strategies for future growth.

Kyle also coleads McKinsey’s healthcare insights development. In this role he leads the development of industry leading analytics and tools that provide insight into how the healthcare industry is changing. This work has resulted in unique expertise on shifting healthcare profit pools, the impact of an economic downturn on the healthcare sector, the impact of scale on healthcare organization performance, and shifting enrollments across healthcare segments.

Most recently, Kyle’s work has focused on supporting not-for-profit health insurers develop innovative partnerships and strategies to compete in an increasingly challenging environment. He has deep expertise with M&A, strategic partnerships, enterprise transformations, and long-term strategy development.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Kyle spent several years practicing as a corporate lawyer representing healthcare companies in venture capital financings, initial public offerings, M&A, and general corporate matters. He is a member of the State Bar of California.
