Kushan is a member of our Semiconductors Practice in the Americas. He serves clients by focusing on commercial productivity—which includes transaction pricing, salesforce enablement, and cross-selling using advanced analytics—as well as merger integration. Kushan brings to the Practice invaluable experience with analog and mixed-signal integrated chip designers and manufacturers. Furthermore, his expertise in the semiconductors sector includes integrated device manufacturers (IDMs) and fabless clients.

Some of Kushan’s recent projects include the following:

  • helping a large IDM develop a raw material optimization tool to optimize long term financial planning
  • working with multiple semiconductor and technology companies on transaction pricing and next-product-to-buy models
  • supporting multiple semiconductor and high-tech companies in merger integration
  • advising technology companies on advanced-analytics stack deployment across commercial and R&D

Kushan, who has been with McKinsey for a decade, has been extensively published in forums such as Ad Age, Forbes, Harvard Business Review online, and The Economist online.
