Supports companies in Canada, the United States, and Australia through large-scale turnarounds and transformations

Keith is a founder of the RTS Practice in Canada. Since joining the firm, he has been involved in a range of high-impact transformations and turnarounds for clients, including increasing earnings for an advanced-manufacturing company; transforming a government-owned electricity generator and retailer to create additional value; turning around product design and development, sales, and general and administrative functions for a high-tech product and service company; transforming procurement across six continents for an oil and gas company; implementing a carve-out and recovery program for the metals unit of an international mining company; and preparing a business unit of a major mining company for divestment.

Before joining McKinsey, Keith worked in Irish and European politics, led the IT function of a large international NGO (based first in Afghanistan and later in Central Africa), and served in technology and telecommunications roles in Ireland.
