With 20+ years of experience in information technology, she has consistently delivered transformative results, from full life cycle software development to organizational change and technology strategy. In her previous roles, she drove global innovation while leading strategy across all areas of technology business management.
Kateau is a committed philanthropist and passionate advocate for youth empowerment. She serves on the national boards of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America and NPower, advancing opportunities for young people through access to technology, education, and mentorship. In addition, she lends her expertise to the Georgia Department of Education Information Technology Advisory Committee, GeorgiaCIO, and Georgia Future Business Leaders of America, where she actively volunteers her time to shape the next generation of innovators and leaders.
