John is a partner in McKinsey Digital and McKinsey Analytics, where he leads client service in cloud infrastructure and AI. He helps clients across industries enable core technology modernizations and AI-powered digital transformations at scale.

With a focus on technology-driven value creation, John has the proven ability to translate bold ideas into client impact. He couples his deep understanding of technology architecture, implementation, and operation with his extensive experience in tying these to the CEO agenda.

Some examples of John’s project experience include the following:

  • leading a core technology workstream for a major movie studio seeking to define its digital capability building, enabling data-driven, predictive decision-making across the entertainment workflow
  • leading core technology workstreams through the design and minimum viable product stages for a technology modernization and scaled cloud migration for a leading health insurer
  • developing a strategy, service architecture, and the digital capability to create, sell, and deliver differentiated IoT and enterprise mobility solutions for a leading hyperscale cloud provider
  • developing an end-to-end IoT strategy for a leading semiconductor company, including a transition to a Silicon-as-a-Service model
  • leading a market, platform, and operating model assessment for the CEO of a major diversified manufacturer of industrial equipment

Before joining McKinsey, John was a managing director at Accenture. He has been issued patents in social, mobile, advertising and blockchain.
