Jesse is a partner in the firm’s Washington, DC office and leads the analytics team for McKinsey’s Center for Societal Benefit through Healthcare, which he scales globally as part of the McKinsey Health Institute. He works with payers, providers, and health systems to develop analytic and technological solutions to support the design and implementation of innovative payment and care delivery models, provider network design and optimization, and the development of specialized solutions for special-needs populations.

He is committed to driving insight and innovation in historically underresourced areas of healthcare, including mental health, substance use, rural health, maternal health, and social determinants of health.
