About Jenny

Jenny leads the Consumer Retail Practice in Australia and New Zealand and is a leader in the Marketing & Sales Practice in Asia. She has 10 years of experience working with clients in Australia, New Zealand, and North America on commercial transformation and sales acceleration.

Jenny’s particular focus is on go-to-market strategy, salesforce effectiveness, and frontline capability-building programs. She serves clients across a broad set of sectors, including consumer packaged goods, retail, media, distribution, service logistics, and telecommunications.

Examples of Jenny’s work include the following:

  • leading a 5-year global growth strategy in specialty, premium products for a global beverage company to identify new geographies and categories for growth
  • developing and implementing a multiyear commercial turnaround program, including key account management, frontline sales training, and redesign of sales-support functions for leading service-logistics company in Australia
  • supporting the integration and launch of an end-to-end transformation program, including both cost and top-line growth, for a leading consumer company
  • developing and implementing a multiyear salesforce capability-building program across 45 local markets, including go-to-market channel redesign, for a leading medical-device company in the United States
  • leading commercial integrations of large, distributed sales organisations (150o+ full-time equivalents) in multiple sectors, including distribution and media, to capture both cost synergies and growth upside
