About Jenny

Jenny leads the Consumer Packaged Goods and Retail Practices in Australia and New Zealand, and works with consumer-facing clients to drive growth in today’s disruptive and fast-changing consumer environment. She has more than 12 years of experience in marketing and sales, including experience leading end-to-end transformations, redesigning operating models, developing global growth plans, redesigning store formats, and developing omnichannel strategy. Jenny serves clients across a broad set of consumer-facing sectors, including retail, consumer packaged goods, media, service logistics, and telecommunications.

Examples of her recent client work include the following:

  • leading a 5-year global growth strategy in specialty, premium products for a global beverage company to identify new geographies and categories for growth
  • developing and implementing a multiyear commercial turnaround program, including key account management, frontline sales training, and redesign of sales-support functions for leading service-logistics company in Australia
  • supporting the integration and launch of an end-to-end transformation program, including both cost and top-line growth, for a leading consumer company
  • developing and implementing a multiyear salesforce capability-building program across 45 local markets, including go-to-market channel redesign, for a leading medical-device company in the United States
  • leading commercial integrations of large, distributed sales organisations (more than 150 full-time equivalents) in multiple sectors, including distribution and media, to capture both cost synergies and growth upside

Jenny is a member of the Asia Society advisory council in Australia.
