Jean-Philippe is a leader within RTS in Canada. In this capacity, he helps distressed companies and underperforming business units drive rapid performance improvement, from acute crisis management to long-term recovery, by tackling all value-creation levers, including business strategy, sales and marketing, operations, procurement and supply management, working capital, capital productivity, and labour productivity.

Since joining the firm in 2005, Jean-Philippe has also served a variety of clients, mostly in the metals and mining and energy sectors, on issues of strategy, operations, procurement and supply management, capital and labour productivity, and value-creating partnerships. He has developed and implemented large-scale efficiency programs resulting in hundreds of millions of dollars in annualized savings. Jean-Philippe has served clients on three continents and has worked in Europe, China, India, and Russia.
