About Jean-Benoît

Since joining the firm in 2010, Jean-Benoît has served clients in the metals and mining and manufacturing sectors, mostly in North America and in Europe. His recent projects include an operations performance transformation for a global mining company, a working capital reduction program and an operational strategy review for global metal producers, as well as multiple lean transformation programs across different industrial sites and large-scale cost-reduction and restructuring programs.

In addition to his client work, Jean-Benoît devotes considerable time and energy to pro bono and community projects, spearheading the Centraide campaign in the Montréal office and serving as president of the board of directors of Taking Root, a not-for-profit organization that uses reforestation to mitigate climate changes, restore ecosystems, and promote economic development among smallholder farmers in Central America.
