She works with life sciences companies on digital transformation and advises across a range of topics, including digital portfolio management, product development, agile organization, and software excellence.
Jane serves as a geographical leader in Greater China for the McKinsey Health Institute, a non-profit-generating entity within the firm that aspires to catalyze action to add 45 billion years of higher-quality life for all people around the world. She is passionate about leveraging digital innovation to unlock barriers toward healthier living and habits, better enabling individuals to invest in their own health.
Before joining McKinsey, Jane worked for a social entrepreneurship accelerator focusing on scale-up healthcare innovations in East Africa. She also completed a doctoral thesis that focused on cancer drug discovery leveraging genome sequencing.
