Jan works with financial-services organizations to build and scale innovative new businesses that combine the experimental nature of a start-up with the operational excellence of a corporation. She helps companies empower innovation and maximize success by working to build digital and analytics capabilities that enable focusing on ideas that move the needle and deliver value.
Jan has extensive global experience in financial services. Most recently, she led the Thailand business of the world’s largest fintech company, where she served both as managing director and board member for its joint venture with one of the world’s largest conglomerates. Her experience also includes serving as executive vice president at a major banking institution in charge of small and midsize enterprise business development and transformation, as well as the bank’s retail-banking strategy. She also led, and was part of the founding management team, a joint venture between one of the biggest state-owned commercial banks in China and an operating investor under Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund to serve rural Chinese banking needs.
