About James

James is a partner with McKinsey Transformation and brings over 20 years of executive and consulting experience from across the globe. He is passionate about working alongside executive teams and helping them transform their ability to quickly and effectively make decisions and execute major change. James has a particular focus on working with major services organisations, supporting them to drive significant improvements in how they deliver value to customers through their most important end-to-end processes.  

James’s previous experience includes delivering a major transformation with a global telecommunications organisation. In this role, he worked in partnership with the chief technology officer to successfully design, drive, and deliver the benefits. He also headed an 18-month transformation at a financial-services organisation, leading a combined client and consulting team.

James is a Rupert Murdoch scholar from the Melbourne Business School.
