About James

James leads McKinsey’s transformation work in Europe. He works with a broad range of national and multinational companies on restructuring and transformation and has extensive experience in the design and execution of large-scale transformation programs, including performance management, transformation governance, target setting and budget interlock, operating-model redesign, and profit-and-loss reconciliation. James works in a range of sectors, including high tech, telecommunications, retail, financial services, and transportation.

Prior to joining McKinsey, James worked as an operating executive at a multinational telecommunications company, a hedge-fund investor, and a program officer for an international organization dedicated to improving the effectiveness of democratic institutions in developing countries.
