Ivan joined McKinsey in 2020 and now leads projects for clients in the financial sector, including risk management, operational improvement programs, digital business building, and advanced analytics in business processes.
In the field of risk management, Ivan helps clients design a quantitative assessment toolkit to address business objectives through more precise and modern risk assessment techniques. He also leads projects focused on holistic risk-management transformation and risk strategy design and implementation.
Ivan also has extensive experience in transforming financial institutions with advanced analytics and big data, building associated business processes and products, and developing IT architecture and data models. His work includes assisting with end-to-end design and launching a new fully digital offering.
He has also led several operational performance improvement projects, including business process redesign and functional model optimization, branch network optimization, and the set-up of a shared service center.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Ivan worked for Oliver Wyman, where he led projects for financial institutions.
